Primary Responsibilities
MicroPulse is searching for an inside Sales Associate who could be interested in transiting to an outside Account Rep in the future. As a Sales Associate you will:
- Work with outside sales representatives to support customer needs
- Work with business partners to fulfill customer quote requests and orders
- Assist in the customer quoting process to include:
- Understanding available options and determining the best solution
- Quoting new products and services
- Assisting procurement to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Answer customer questions around hardware specifications and software licensing
- Provide sales reporting for management and sales projections
- Assist in coordinating and delivering marketing events and campaigns
As an Account Rep you are responsible for:
- Prospecting using various methods and techniques
- Building relationships with new target prospects
- Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing customers
- Qualifying customer needs and leading other team members to execute the sales process
- Building agreements and quotes or organizing the quoting process
- Negotiating terms and closing opportunities
- Participating in notification, driving attendance and executing marketing events
- Building and maintaining relationships with key partners who will assist in the sales process
